I'll Follow the Moon, by Stephanie Lisa Tara, children's book about a hatchling

A very sweet book about a sea turtle hatchling, in verse and beautiful drawings, written by Stephanie Lisa Tara, illustrated by Lee Edward Fodi.

"On a quite moonlit beach, a baby green sea turtle stirs from a dream of home.  Slowly, slowly with a tap, crick, crack, the baby turtle embarks upon a mysterious nighttime journey."  Gentle tender verse and enchanting illustrations carry this tranquil tale from sand to sea.  Stephanie's first book (now an international, double-medalist, bestseller) I'll Follow the Moon --comforts children with its soothing tone and melodic repetition.  A portion of the proceeds go to turtle organizations to help these wonderful creatures survive, and perhaps get them off the Endangered Species list.  Every purchase helps to save a sea turtle."

  3. I have lived near the ocean my whole life and I love turtles (sea and land). They have been on this earth forever, which makes them a survivor and an inspiration to all who are fortunate to be near them. I love their slow graceful beauty in the water and their determination to roam where they please on land.

  11. I got the book and I guess I missed getting the toy that goes with it. How do I get the toy to go with my book? It's put up for my grandson and we read the book together off the Kindle where we downloaded it. Please let me know how to get the toy.
    Thank you for your time
